    [BUG]Secure Trading is not Secure

    Posted: 14 Apr 2019 04:15 AM PDT

I don't know if it works for non-company members but I traded with my friend and when he had his stuff in his side of the trade window I just took it out and put it in my inventory. No-one involved the in the trade needs to hit accept and you can just steal stuff.

https://www.playatlas.com/index.php?/forums/topic/68265-secure-trading-is-not-secure/ exact same post on forums incase anyway suggests I make a post there.

    "Host Pending connection timeout Loop"

    Posted: 14 Apr 2019 11:39 AM PDT

Any idea on how to fix this? I was able to get on this morning, climb onto a Chinese ship, and log out. Now whenever I try to get in, I get sent into this never ending loop of timeouts. This has been going on for around 8 hours.

These wild dino respawn rates are rediculous

    Posted: 14 Apr 2019 09:26 AM PDT

Seriously. I kill wolves snakes cobras lions and crocs and they literally respawn in less than a few minutes. This is crazy

And make carriage give the horse a weight reduction to all resources.

Seriously sucks trying to farm anything without a rhino, elephant, giraffe and bear. I don't want em!

Edit: I don't want them to be completely removed or made useless, just want to decrease the gap between using them and not. and everyone really should be using horses.

Two things I would like to see changed in the game.

    Posted: 14 Apr 2019 06:02 AM PDT

1 - Reduction of the maximum tax from 50% to 30% again, it is disheartening to have to navigate too far to make maps and have to split half to half with third parties.

2 - The gold cost of an island, should not be based solely on the size of it, I was on a small island, with many resources, it was cheap to keep it, but we were expelled by cstg, now we are on ice, an island with silver and without gem, without fiber, and is much more expensive to maintain, simply because it is larger.

Question: were bottle respawns weakened? I do not see those spots with 30 bottles anymore

Boats should gain XP from killing other player ships.

    PvP settlements useless?

    Posted: 14 Apr 2019 12:39 AM PDT

So just got our first settlement. It's a small island with some decent resources. Was super excited to start inviting people to live with us (we are on an unofficial server, not worried about aggression at the moment). I was under the impression that the tax from the settlement would help pay for the settlement, therefore giving a reason, nay encourage, having settlers on your settlement. However, the upkeep cost is GOLD. What??? How is this useful? I know that settlers are supposed to keep the cost down, but nope. I had another settler join my island and the cost is the same. Not only that, but unless I get super lucky and someone gets a treasure map on my settlement, nobody is going to be contributing to the settlement cost. Why on earth would I want to take the risk of someone setting up a forward base on my island when nobody is even contributing. Now I could MAYBE understand if I could sell resources to an NPC (although it would have to be for practically nothing in order to make player trading even REMOTELY feasible), but that's not a thing. I had expected the upkeep cost to be resources relative to what the island offered. Does this system make any sense at all to anyone? Someone please point out something I'm missing. I was soooo excited about this update because of the settlement features but now I'm just super disappointed.

    PVE tax mechanics?

    Posted: 13 Apr 2019 06:32 PM PDT

There's been some debate among us "renters" as to the exact mechanics of PVE taxes. Specifically, what is the max tax rate now? It used to be 30%, but I've heard it is now 50%? Also, where does that percentage come from? I thought it was a reduction from the person harvesting, (30% tax from a 100 unit harvest gives you 70). Whereas the owner of our island is insistent that it is an amount extra that he gets (we get 100, he gets 30, total 130 from a 100 unit harvest). I just want to settle the drama.

    LETS BUY AN ISLAND.

    Posted: 13 Apr 2019 07:41 PM PDT

We are on PVE EU living on a very nice island with a decent amount of all the resources. Problem is that to claim the island we need more company claim points.

If you are interested to join us to buy an island of our own please feel free to contact us.

Unable to query server info for invite bug?

    Posted: 13 Apr 2019 03:53 PM PDT

I just picked the game up a few days ago and after joining one server for a while, I kept getting this error along with a friend. So I joined a new server. After a day or two, I'm getting the error on that server now, along with my friend... Is there a fix or something?

    PVE claim system

    Posted: 13 Apr 2019 03:25 PM PDT

Can you please go back to the old system limit the claim flag amount and use the basic point system you have now currently. Say one player has 30 points every additional player in a single company provides a further 5 points and each flag is worth 5 points? Current system is all jacked up too. I'm one player I do not need a whole island. Just a patch of it that I can store my stuff in.
