My first ticket and their response: For the past few hours the Atlas server will be playable for a bit then it kicks everyone and it stays up but you can not connect or even see it listed in game. I even tried to restart the server. It comes up when it feels like. Anyway it seems fine when I play solo but when people join it does that. Hello, Thank you for your support request. The Atlas in-game server list only shows around 5,000 servers, which are randomly selected. Steam's own server list is also limited to around 5,000 servers, but it's possible to query every server through the favorites tab. Currently, your Atlas game server is started and reachable. Everything you explained to me is easily found on google or your site. Go beyond that and actually help people. Also check your tickets faster then 48 hours +. Doesn't seem this company cares at all. Is this a hobby of yours or what? This isn't a set it up and it runs itself business. You didn't even read how I found out why it kicks everyone in the world and then takes hours to be able to connect again. I don't do searches for my servers. I add to my steam favorites. It should always show up on favorites list in a game unless it's down. This server will not let anyone connect after it kicks everyone but it says it's still up on your web module. Theres a connection issue here. I can play just fine solo. But when a second person joins, my friend. It will kick all of us after sometime. Then you can't connect again even though it says the server is online through your web module. If you try to find it on your favorite list on steam it will not show up either. It's sad it took you guys over 48+ hours to respond. I really hate making tickets here and having to waste a day or more of my money to find a fix. But you guys don't try to fix it or find out whats wrong. You just assume and send them to basic information you can find on google. If this isn't fixed I'm leaving and going to go give someone else my money. Oh by the way I really wanted to play so I went to go rent elsewhere while I wanted for your ticket response. Because I knew I'd have to wait 24-48+ hours for a response. That server ran fine with no problems at all. I feel this is on your end not me or the game.
