ATLAS BLDX gets dev wiped, makes new accounts, merge with IVANARMY. Since a big streamer is leader of IVANARMY devs don't do shit. ChemB also got dev wiped on ARK and are ally of IVANARMY and keep duping and aimbotting in ATLAS. Stop promoting hacking culture and take harsher stance on those people.

MUkkayo says it's not his fault if his allies hacked/duped and got dev wiped, but then invites them into his own guild?

    Idea: Let us "blueprint" ships

    Posted: 04 Feb 2019 09:06 AM PST

If we settle on a design for a ship we like, let us blueprint it so we can replicate it later. I don't know if that would involve just putting translucent overlays on the ship to show where pieces go, or by factoring the resource cost into the initial crafting that you do inside the shipyard, or how exactly it could be implemented.

But it would be nice to be able to replicate a ship design repeatedly once you've settled on a good build.

    Lotus's Theory of Kraken Bug

    Posted: 04 Feb 2019 02:51 AM PST

Hello I am Lotus from Lotus :D

So NA-PvE had a large group of players come together and kill the kraken. We had pretty substantial loses and only a few survived. I have pulled the kraken 6 times on actual pulls and have been trying to figure out what is happening to cause the problems in the fights. The ships of the damned are not damageable to PvE but I have seen that some of the PvP attempts killed the SotD. This leads me to believe that they are flagged as players and become immune to our damage.

This has made me think as to what causes the 1 shot bug. At the end of each head attack cycle when the tentacles respawn a couple random ships just die (brigs) or kills most npc's/players on galleys. At the end of fight there was a lot of SotD just littering all over the arena we noticed they seemed to run out of ammo and just sit there. I am wondering if the SotD are supposed to be eliminated by the kraken but instead of it hitting them it is actually hitting players and that is what the bug actually is.

160+ people were attending the event and to my knowledge only 4 got credit for the kill I don't know if that is intended or not. A lot of people have since asked me if that is supposed to be that way which I have no idea. What I do know is a lot of people are angry because the amount coordination and resources that was put into this achieving this led to 4 people getting the kraken kill which to my knowledge is required to get into the dungeon coming out this month.

The other way is to get the 9 powerstones which requires a kill on the ghost ship which is also super buggy. You have to find the ghost ship and fight it between Midnight and 6:00AM. The problem with this that it does not spawn when it should so you spend a few hours chasing it. I'm gonna throw some math out for this. 3 seconds is 1 minute in game, so 3 minutes is 1 hour, you 12AM-6AM is 18 minutes if you miss then you need to wait 54 minutes to try again. Now while we were chasing this it spawned in the middle of the day and smashed one of our boats then despawned. As I typed this we finally got it to spawn! https://clips.twitch.tv/CrepuscularExquisiteCrabsHeyGuys :'( It went through a server wall and started taking damage so we did get our 9th power stone which I hope can help people. This was a 7 hour event it was a ton of fun but I think this will also make people mad.

Sextant Fatal Crash on Server Change

    Posted: 04 Feb 2019 02:42 AM PST

Hey, the sextant bug is still going on. Something to do with the UI. When the buff is active and you change zones, you end up crashing but your character is still logged in. So you get the joy of waiting two minutes while your character logs out, hoping you don't auto sail straight into an island or SoTD. This is 100% replicable. There are currently two posts here talking about this. One from 15 days ago, and one from a month ago. So it's not new.

The only fix I've heard for it is to hit backspace and turn off your UI before zoning.

    Ship Building Area Guide?

    Posted: 04 Feb 2019 11:52 AM PST

Is there a resource that identifies where above/around a ship is buildable, with what items? I'd like to design out a ship but I'm constantly guessing at what will/will not work and then finding out how I'm wrong in game.

On a Galleon watch where you put that food larder.

    Posted: 04 Feb 2019 11:20 AM PST

I was doing repairs on my freight galleon last night when one of my crew just died but was not killed by anything. The crew member on the bow's sail died of hunger but the larder was filled and all the rest of the crew was fine.

The dead crew's hunger was totally drained so the larder must have been out of range for them. When you place your larder, be sure to put it in the center most position on the ship, so everyone can eat from the crew trough.

Same goes for payment from the resource chest, since the galleon is very big and depending on what sort of armor shell you build on it, crew might be out of bounds.

[PvE Official The Hydra Den] Bug to change ownership of buildings inside your claim.

    Posted: 03 Feb 2019 08:31 PM PST

This is happening on D10 NA PvE The Hydra Den. https://imgur.com/gallery/xO5rnue
We have a small company able to steal a buildings by inching in their land claims closer and closer to ours. Some how they stole a claim last night on our house in less than 8 hours from logging out. We are now unable to build well within our claim, please see screenshots. They also took over part of our base and deleted a 1/3rd of our structure. This cant be how they intend land claims and base ownership to work.

    Higher Quality Hotbar Items

    Posted: 03 Feb 2019 11:07 PM PST

    Sup y'all.

Minor problem but still annoying. Whenever I put my masterwork pickaxe into a smithy for repairs, it doesnt go back to its hotbar slot after pressing 'T' to transfer it to my inventory.

Same goes for everything but standard quality items. Everything with color goes in the backpack instead of its hotbar key.

Best way to tame and level birds?

    Posted: 04 Feb 2019 06:22 AM PST

Whats the best way to tame parrots/seagull/crows? Ive just tamed some of them that bugged under our base. Tried to tame them on open ground several times but everytime I try to bola them, they regen HP faster than i could do It, or fly away. Any tips?

And whats the more efficient way to level tames? I find that there is like a cap for a particular amount of time, of something like that. Sometimes i kill other animals and they get exp, others not. What do you do to level them? Oye company needs a good Crow.

    Error?

    Posted: 04 Feb 2019 10:16 AM PST

    Hey there,

I was about to play atlas a few hours ago but when I started the game, I got the message: Invalid json token. Line:1 CH:1. I was able to click okay and click reconnect but the same message appeared again and then I stuck in the loading-screen with "PrimalGameData_BP".

Then i googled a bit and found tons of ideas of how to fix that issue. I reinstalled Windows, Steam, Atlas, Battleye and Java and restarted my router and the pc but nothing changes. Now im not able to play...

I already saw, that 3 people asked about that error here, but maybe someone knows something new..

    What stops spawns?

    Posted: 04 Feb 2019 06:41 AM PST

I have an area that is 10x20 solid wood foundations stacked 2-5 high to level out the area and then surrounded by stone foundations one higher. Last night an alpha cobra spawned under the wood foundations and was targeting the tames, Was not hitting them (yet) but it was damaging the wood foundations, I just logged off for the night and hoped it would despawn, or would return with a plan to remove the snake.

We initally built up with pillars and ceilings, we had problems with the NPCs and Tames falling through the ceilings and being killed by snakes underneath, we installed trapdoors and ladders and to get the characters (and sometimes players) out from under the enclosed basement, we thought the solid foundations would stop this madness.

What does it take to stop spawns? This is within a claim not a lawless area, I expect this in lawless areas.
