less tames - more city building stuff Posted: 07 May 2019 05:58 AM PDT I do not hate tames but I believe this game should not be ARK with an ocean. I would suggest the dev's look into making structures that do some of the gathering and the players can go about having more of the fun. Logging camp, mine etc that we need to defend and upkeep with gold/food/people/etc. Some kind of cap on how many of those someone can own with a skill tree for efficiency / yield. I enjoy this game and it has ways to get much better. What I am not particularly thrilled about is how much time one spends trying to gather resources mounted on a tame. Crap is so boring it draws tears. [link] [comments]

Galleon stuck in the middle of island Posted: 07 May 2019 08:04 AM PDT So we are playing on EU PvE - and before logging out last night we had a galleon anchored near an island in D9 - today when we logged in, it is stuck in the middle of the island. Not something you see everyday [link] [comments]

Power stones are not fun and Grapeshot should be ashamed Posted: 06 May 2019 08:39 PM PDT Running naked in groups with designated people drawing away mobs is the only viable strategy when doing power stones. This isn't fun. I don't think Grapeshop playtested these dungeons. [link] [comments]
Posted: 06 May 2019 07:52 PM PDT I refuse to believe that there is an individual in your company who woke up one day and in all seriousness told himself: "I know what the game needs, more aggressive sharks! I am sure that is exactly what the community is looking for" Ergo, you guys made this decision as a group, which scares me even more... there must have been a meeting in which you all agreed upon that while simultaneously munching on your lunch-sushi. What makes it even worse is the fact that you had a bug in season 1 which made the mantas so unbelievably aggressive that people could not swim 10 meters without getting steve-irwined. Guess we gotta go back to the roots or what? To whomever suggested to redesign the sharks into packs of megalodons that even give you a hard time getting floatsam that basically hugs your shiphull: You are a goddamn doucheclown [link] [comments]

Posted: 07 May 2019 08:43 AM PDT We all see how trolly this is going to get if they use the current balista range shots. I honestly see this as a boarding tactic so my suggestion are around this mechanic. First, they should limit the range you can hook boats to be a short range. Secondly, if you sink their boat while you have hooked them, it also starts sinking your boat. Would have to do a mini game to cut the rope. Lastly, scuttle should be disabled on the hooked boat for obvious reasons. Thoughts? Edit: clarification on second point. [link] [comments]

[Bug]Trading a skinned item removes the skin Posted: 06 May 2019 11:06 PM PDT Just found another bug with the trading, if you skin an item and then trade it, the skin is removed. Dropping the item keeps the skin though as usual. [link] [comments]
