| Newer company looking for members. Posted: 06 Dec 2019 10:14 AM PST Newer company of 20+ trusted players all fairly new to the game but all are veteran ark players. We have a mix of both pc and Xbox players. We are not like a lot of the tribes that are structured in a way that members are forced to grind or get out. We like our members to have the freedom to do what they like. But we structure our rankings in a way that the more of an asset you are to the tribe the more likely you are to be promoted. We also don't promote because you ask to be promoted tribe ranks are strict and that's why it works. We don't raid in tile and focus on strong tile alliances.
