I don't understand max tame levels apparently Posted: 09 Jun 2020 09:59 AM PDT Hey is there a max level for tames in Atlas above a certain point? I was screwing around in single player and allowing level 150s. So I found a level 116 pig in the FP and taming it. So it shot up to 173 but now it won't level any further, as in it's still sitting on 0xp and not accumulating at all even though it's still on "level 1" (only 10xp to level but it's not doing anything). Is there a setting I should be looking for or is Atlas not allowing high level tames? Since it's not leveling then I can't assign extra weight, etc, to try to make a nice cargo carrier, for instance. Or maybe I messed up the sliders or something in the config? EDIT: I found this link, so I'm posting it here, too, in case anyone else runs across this issue. This solved my problem: [link] [comments]

Setting of the war/peace time should have a brief grace period where mistakes can be fixed. Posted: 08 Jun 2020 03:49 PM PDT Much like placing a wall or structure comes with a brief window of time to pick it back up without penalty, setting the peace/war time should also provide a brief window of time to undo a change without penalty. Our company made a miscalculation with the time, and we ended up with almost literally the opposite of what we needed for peace/war time. We immediately realized it upon setting it, but the game gave no grace period to fix it. We were stuck with a horrible window of war time where basically nobody in our company or allies were going to be online, and we had to wait a week to fix it. Despite our best efforts, within a couple days, we got attacked for no reason, and a significant portion of our island was destroyed, including all of our ships (8?) and all tames. It's pretty demoralizing that a simple mistake like converting the time wrong can cost you so much of what you'd poured into the game in the preceding week and a half. P.S. People who indiscriminately attack and [attempt to] wipe people unprovoked are toxic and cruel. And the amount of time and effort it takes for new players to defend themselves effectively against even a small, leveled-up crew is severely disproportionate. I love so much about this game, but these two things and the unforgiving nature of some of the mechanics makes PvP extremely difficult for new or small companies to survive. P.P.S. Being on Xbox against PC players doesn't help. [link] [comments]

Hello, does anyone know how to make the masts/sails on a Galleon the same height? Posted: 08 Jun 2020 04:09 PM PDT Basically there's a section in the middle of the Galleon where the mast/sail in that spot is lower than all the rest, and it bugs the hell out of my OCD...has anyone figured out a way to make them all even height, if it's even possible?
