Accordion Issues over the last 2 days

Anyone else noticing the accordion is failing you randomly over the past 2~ days? It's happened ever since the same patch as the Soldiers of the Damned being unaffected from swivels...

It appears completely random, whether you have someone playing along or solo. I can generally play all of the music on every difficulty without any issues, and even with no missed notes it will still fail. It has happened within 10s of starting the song all the way up 1 minute. Dancer/No dancer makes no difference. I've tried from 2 computers and had the bug on both so I dont think its client side.

I've submitted the bug report already just want to be sure its not just me.
