Remove AutoDemolish on Allied Islands Please

The autodemolish system is wonderful for the game, but one minor adjustment would make it so much better.

As it stands, structures on an island you own do not start this timer as long as you retain ownership of the island. It would be amazing if this could extend to allied islands. This lets you keep more allied support without having to worry about refreshing the timer. Not a huge deal, but it seems like it would be an easy change to make.
