Make Ships more Valuable and Important! Posted: 24 Jul 2019 12:54 AM PDT To date, I find ships still way too immaterial and it looks more like a commodity than an important thing. In my opinion, ships can still take far too much damage. Normally a ship should sink already after 2 good broadsides. maybe 3. So tactics are really in demand and cannons are a really serious opponent to be scared of. I read in another thread that it's still easier to sink a ship than to hijack it. Posted: 23 Jul 2019 01:13 PM PDT I'd just like to set up a very small base somewhere on PVP and have some kind of solo experience. 70+ hours and I'm still trying to carve myself out a niche somewhere. Been going Polar but it's a nightmareworld and takes so long. I'll pay taxes and contribute resources I sail in from Freeports and the like for a tiny patch of land in a safe location.
