Fat Beard a's Atlas Suggestions Posted: 08 Jul 2019 10:33 AM PDT 1: REVERT the map back to its old way, not knowing who lives the next tile over or other side of the map used to be fun, it was neat to have to explore and see who was living where. The new map showing everything everywhere isn't fun and it ruins immersion. Also bring back the fog of war I miss my lines all around the map. 2: ADD the ability to dry dock boats, giving people not only extra protection when offline or afk but it will also allow people to rebuild boats with ease. 3: BALANCE the way you can stack level points, or introduce a diminishing return to encourage players to have a more rounded build. That or lower the level cap, currently it could be considered broken with how OP stacking all health at level 150 is. 4: REMOVE Torpedoes or drastically reduce the cost and damage, I have not played since they were released but from what I can see they are only a viable option for large companies. Nobody playing with less than 10 people will ever consider them even an option. 5: REMOVE Harpoons currently they stop ships instantly and have no actual physics aspects to them, its a joke. Come back when you guys put some effort into them, you are using UE4 for fucks sake make it at least look good. 6: STOP adding more islands. Nobody wants them. 7: STOP adding more tames. Nobody wants them and you're just pissing us off. 8: ADD a blueprint library that you can save boat builds on, currently a survival game called Empyrion has exactly this and it works wonders, look into it. It saves time and greatly improves QoL. Not to mention you can upload your ship builds to the Steam workshop if you wish allowing your friends and the world to see and use your builds. Combing shipyards with a blueprint library would be phenomenal. https://empyrion.gamepedia.com/Blueprints_and_Steam_Workshop#Blueprint_Library_Overview 9: BUFF all cannons not placed on ships or create entirely new ones. Since the new ship leveling system has been implemented all ground cannons and mortars have taken an unannounced nerf. 10: ADD Earplugs. 11: CREATE an option to surrender in war, this would be a last ditch option for people wishing not to be wiped. A third way out, when your company leader surrenders in a war deck every player on the defending side will be forced to pay a direct 30-50 percent tax to the winning company for a set amount of time(+/- 1 week.), all taxed resources will go to the winning companies closest island flag. Leaving the losing company would still carry the debuff over until expiration. 12: Fire Jat. [link] [comments]
Posted: 07 Jul 2019 11:12 PM PDT I was wondering if there's a list of console commands for this game anywhere. My character's stuck and I'd like to noclip out. [link] [comments]

Map zooming back out after close and reopen Posted: 07 Jul 2019 01:21 PM PDT Anyone else having problems with the map and atlas zooming back out after you close it and reopen it? It's a pain when sailing up to an island and trying not to run into rocks. [link] [comments] |
