Lemme preface by saying I'm a new veteran. I played casually on lawless islands with friends a while back but now I'm getting in the game. There are lots of things that I have no clue how or what they do. How does intelligence work? Have guns been balanced yet? How bad are the Chinese? How active are the devs on this game is there a future for this game or not.

Weight of a ship

At what % of weight on a ship does it start to effect speed? Just trying to build a war galleon and I don't want it to be dirt slow. I was thinking of putting 10 levels in weight.
