PVE servers should have Eco's RP decor, some walls/furniture Posted: 30 Apr 2019 05:55 AM PDT This would really strengthen the PVE servers for those of us that like light rp but do not want to find an unofficial small server. I really think if I had this, I would play Atlas day in and day out. It'd be the perfect open-world. At the very least, we could use more furniture like nicer beds, sofas, etc. I know this is a low-tier need, but it would improve the experience for thousands of players who love RP and building. JAT - Peacetime for allies is broken Posted: 30 Apr 2019 11:30 AM PDT Currently if in peace time any enemy (RED) can walk around in front of any puckle/swivel/ballista/cannon...etc... and trigger the NPCs to shoot them without any consequences, wasting all the ammo and not dying once... This means that any allies that are in the same island as the owner cannot have effective defences up as they keep getting scouted and with enemies trying to enter their bases without any consequences. This is really not how its suppose to happen... I can currently be walking in front of my enemies base and try to enter their base as long as they dont have any island owners defences there they cannot do anything and i just waste their ammo and hopefully enter their base and popcorn stuff... This needs to change urgently please. Peacetime is supposed to affect STRUCTURES ONLY and not make GOD MODE for players. Any chance this can be looked at urgently please? [link] [comments] | ||

Should you be able to swim in Plate? Posted: 30 Apr 2019 11:36 AM PDT Unless we are the Iron Born, plate on a boat does not make sense. There is a reason cloth and leather armor existed for pirates. Plate is god for everything outside of tundra. Granted, you still should be able to walk/move in the water and move in the armor. But this could be great for getting to the bottom of the ocean faster. There should be a timer added to take off the armor if you are in the water. This also adds a unique trade off for ship combat. Do you risk possible drowning but more protection or do you put on leather. This also gives a reason for leather armor. I also think there should be a perk for cloth armor too. Clothe is freedom to move and work. We should have a reason to use it over the armor for npcs. Like faster reload speed or sail speed. Let me know your thoughts and ideas on armor. Somehow my FPS doubled until I restarted my PC. Posted: 30 Apr 2019 11:00 AM PDT I never get over 40 fps anywhere in game with epic settings unless I'm sailing. Sometimes it will spike and peak at 50 but that's it. I've also been playing heavily since launch. Today while I was playing my game randomly spiked up to a little over 100 fps. And would dip down to no less than 80 FPS. It was a beautiful thing. It stayed that way for a good 45 minutes. I haven't changed any settings in game or any settings with my GPU. I wanted to be sure if this was a sneaky optimization tweak that got ninja pushed through or if it was a fluke. So I restarted my pc. And sure enough it was a fluke. I immediately went back down to 40 FPS and could feel the difference from the 80+ I was getting. I'm completely clueless when it comes to hardware in PCs so I'm asking here if anyone might know what happened for my game to just miraculously more than double my FPS? We are far away from this amount of structures and even if not and we have this amount possibly, how did i even went 750 over limit :D Does anyone have experience with this kind of a bug ? Posted: 29 Apr 2019 07:05 PM PDT Whenever you have a better than common item in your hot bar and you take the wheel (or podium) of a ship the colour of the item in your hot bar carries over to the ship command slot hot bar. This is very annoying and completely confusing when the item is a masterwork because that purple is the same colour purple as the on/off when you select a command group when activated. Can we get the hot bar colour to not carry over ? or change the purple colour when you select command groups so they can be distinguished ? [link] [comments] | ||

I've checked the wiki but that just gives you grids to look in. Can anyone please advise on where to start the search for high lvl bears and big cats?
